I am looking to tutor, and provide child care for children in Kula aged 8 mo.-14.
I am trained as an early childhood, elementary, and middle school teacher. I also have training, and experience with special needs children. I currently am the After School Care Provider for the grades (1-5), and middle school (6-8) and substitute Early Childhood through 8th grade at Haleakala Waldorf School. Rates per hour:
- Child Care: $20($2 each additional child)
- Tutoring: $30-$50 dependent on age, and subject, example:One 5 year old 1st grade prep. $30 an hr. Group lessons/tutoring also available, example three children, aged 5, 8, and 10, $50 an hr.
EXPERIENCE
My experience with children started when I was 16 kid sitting. Since then I have been certified as an elementary, and middle school teacher, and most recently have received certification in early childhood as a preschool teacher/director.
