This injury has been a challenge, and I have not found the same rosy outlook I had 10 months ago when I fell off the bike. It is hard waiting for this recovery, although the progress I have made in terms of soreness, swelling, and general pain walking has subsided by over half. I have added swimming and continue to do light pilates to help in the rehabilitation process.
